I didn't say their service was of benefit to 
everyone. Just to the segment of the population 
that would rather pay more money than spend more 
time.  

Although buying at retail to immediately sell in 
an auction seems like a marginal business model 
to me, their feedback ratings indicate that it is 
of service to more than just a few people.
