The point being you didn't get those cels with 
the express intent to resell them. (As far as I 
can guess. . . I don't want to put words in your 
mouth. ^_^)

Of course, if you keep to a certain budget and 
are careful and realistic when making that 
budget, you shouldn't have to sell any of your 
cels. . . . Theoretically. ^_^; But the though 
part is the keeping to it part. ^_^
