Having just had this happen again to me for the 
second time in a month, I hereby take this peeve 
out for a stroll:

People who browse eBay looking for cel bidders 
from certain series, then cull the e-mail 
addresses and send out offers to sell bootlegs or 
fansubs of that series for an "amazingly low 
price".

*just wants to slap these people*
