-Newbies who claim to have been cel searching for 
x number of years, just haven't bought any.  Then 
ask me what the numbers and letters in the top 
right corner mean, or all of a sudden become 
active in the cel community.

-Middle men/women.  Those people that buy, then 
sell before the cel is even taken down from the 
last site, let alone in their own hands.

-Auction price jacker-upers.  Those people who 
never really intend on winning the cel at an 
auction, they just have some strange urge to up 
the bid a little, making it harder and more 
expensive for everyone else.
