You are in a tough situation -- I know I would 
have had a really hard time collecting cels if 
I'd started at your age! (then again, when I was 
16....cels were fairly cheap -- oops better not 
follow that line of discussion before I reveal my 
age ^_~)

No, I'm not flaming you (nor was I flaming 
anybody else -- just describing a situation). 
Please forgive me if what follows also seems a 
flame because it's really intended to be helpful. 
When I first started collecting, I made some bad 
decisions -- everybody does in the beginning. I'd 
buy something and realize that I overpaid far too 
much!! Or I'd buy something and then I'd find 
something I wanted ten times more later on! Very 
frustrating! And with your limited funds, I can 
only imagine the heartache! Then again, over 
time, I learned to pass over cels, knowing that 
they'd show up again. I became a little more 
saavy with how I spent my money (sometimes, it's 
still hard ^_^;;;). I became much more selective 
over what I bought and who I bought it from.

I saw the prices you put on your cels, btw, and 
not that I have to say it, but I thought they 
were very fair. I hope you sell them quickly and 
get those cels that you really want!
