I hate to tell you this, but that IS a threat. And 
a pretty innapropriate one at that. If I called 
eveyone stupid who didn't email me back or told 
them to be afraid because I know some "cel people", 
I'm pretty sure I'd receive all kinds of responses 
just like yours. Yes, Ryan is not a straight-up 
guy, but this isnt't the best example of his shady 
dealings. Just a bit of advice (and feel free to 
take it or leave it), mellow out on the "I know 
some people" stuff. It's not a good way to handle 
transactions, even if they fall through. 

Again, just a suggestion.
