The ring is for websites related to anime cels.
Whatever the owner of the site is selling or
not cels.

The only reason I would remove a site from the
ring (except if it's not related to cels or
doesn't have the code of the ring) is if I have
real proof that the person is doing something
illegal/unethical. (ok, there is actualy a
couple of guys doing some not so ethical 
things IMHO)

Refusing to sell you cels is certainly not
illegal. And what is or isn't supposed to maybe
have happened during an hypotetical deal for 
illegal bootleg CDs is certainly not a proof and
doesn't concern me. (and if that may bring the
person to buy official CD/tape instead of illegal
bootleg copies, it's not such a bad thing)
