Yeah, it was the DBZ CD-Rs.  I'm not too great a 
business man, so I figured I might as well trade 
a bunch of my remaining "cels for sale" cels from 
AWS for a complete set of cds.  If you want to 
hear more about the whole deal, its in a past 
post somewhere ^^
Anyway, he claimed that sending the cds would 
be "mail fraud"... yeeaahh... He basically 
claimed ignorance yet again and stayed quiet the 
whole time, ignoring my emails until he was 
confronted on the cels forum.  At which point, to 
save what little face he had left, he offered a 
bribe to even things out.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend any right minded 
person to deal with him
