I believe that was in the original post- someone 
was scammed for fansub CD-ROMs (i.e. not getting 
the entire set, I think), but there was also the 
general consensus that it was not a smart thing
to trade cels for fansub CDs in the first place. 

In reference to this moron being part of the ring,
I think I remember studying his code and that he 
isn't really part of the ring (like his ID was 
faked, like everything else on his site), or 
something. I don't plan on visiting his site any-
time soon, at least. Or do you mean his site 
really is on the webring page? (oh well)
