I'm sorry, but I think she over reacted. If you
check it out, no one was attacking her. If they
were, they'd defend their position. Instead,
everyone apologised, Mak did profusely, even
though as we later found out, it had nothing to
do with him.
If this was your first time meeting her, you'd be
slightly shocked by her response. It was like
putting on a suite of armour to deal with an ice
cream sundae.
I know how difficult it is to deal with
customers. My parents used to run a variety
store, and when people complained about the
prices of cigarettes, especially when they were
up to $6 a pack because of taxes, here was our
response: "Go shop somewhere else then. No one's
forcing you to buy anything here." Sometimes they
did, and sometimes they didn't. I thought that
was the best way to handle things like that.
