Thank you for your comments. This background
was just a plain night sky. The cel/character
was painted as a long shot--actual size of
the character was maybe 2 inches long by
.5 inches wide. (Please forgive US measurements) Very little detail.
I agree with your comments of relative value.
If, perhaps, the cel was from Sailor Moon
or Ranma and fit the same description as
the Shamanic Princess cel, which I have seen
at the same price, would you still feel that
the price might be acceptable?
