Yes, I've noticed people buying only to slap them up on eBay
for all sorts of series.  I've seen many people do this with
Anime Taro because they can get there early enough that not
many people know where they got it or what they paid for it.
Sometimes it's up for auction or up on their personal or for
auction page before it even has time to arrive from the 
dealer!  It's really sad that people will be so greedy and 
so outwardly gouging of their fellow collectors.  So
far, I've avoided buying from people who do this (although
that has meant seeing some really nice Sailormoon, Slayers,
Rayearth and all sorts of cels go.)  I think only two people
who have bought from me have done this, one who actually had
a good reason to sell it off so fast because of an emergency
(I can forgive them easily ^_^)
