If the lottery system person you were naming is who I think it is. I onced asked about that same thing, she said that I could say I wanted Cel 1 or Cel 2 (in case I got one). I did this and a friend of mine went straight out & order all the cels he wanted. He got more of the cels that he wanted more, but... I don't know. Maybe this doesn't apply at all, but I agree with you totally. A lotto system is nice (it gives you more time to think, especially when you don't have the money to shell out right away) & I also wish there was a way to rank the cels you want. (but then, I might just rank all of them high just in case)
