I've only ordered from Taro once, but they seem to have a good selection of hard to find stuff. Their prices are reasonable most of the time, too. And since they have an online system for ordering, once a cel is bought it's usually removed from their page right away (which curbs confusion). They ship fast too, I don't remember the exact turnaround time but it was less than 2 weeks. Look at the great cel I got from them for under $30! (I hope the picture displays -_-) valerie P.S. Maybe someone should make a list of reputable and non-reputable dealers. I might get to work on that myself, actually.
