Mangaya's shipping is quite slow, the two times I've ordered from them it has taken a minimum of 8 weeks to get my cels. They are at least as slow as P____t, often more so. As far as the auction, they do not hold it on ebay. What they do (or did the one time I entered into the auction) was email saying that more then 5 people had requested the cel, and they were auctioning it. You give them the price you are willing to pay for it, and whoever is highest gets the cel. It's not like ebay in that you pay a minimal amount over what the next highest bidders price was. Whatever the highest amount is, that is what is paid. (So say you said that you would pay 300.00 for something and the next highest was only 200, you still pay 300.00) Hope that clears it up a bit. They get some very beautiful cels, but to me the combination of price and slow service makes ordering from them unsavory. |
