What is an updating offline ? Sorry I don't know what it is.
Some people was seeing that we were uploaing files and
had placed the order during we were still doing. We can't take any responsibility on those
orders because our processing has NOT finished yet. I send a notification mail to our
customers and post an article to the news groups always after update was done.
Yes, it's our responsibility if it happened after that. But this time, I deleted all HTML files
within we were uploading new files so I noticed all rpices are the same. We fixed it ASAP
and the notification mail was sent after all process was done.
It's a problem of a manner. I don't mind if an order was be placed during we were uploading.
BUT it's on one's own risk. We don't take any responsibility before we annouced update

You are right. We devote more time to take care of orders.
So I don't want to debate here. I should need much much much much times than you think
to write only this story. We are managing to do the best, but if you don't think we are
doing the best, please ignore us. We wish to avoid from a problem and really really think
to use all power for improving shipping process and locating good cels.
