Maybe you should do your updating offline, which will avoid such "problems" in the future. Is it your responsibility? YES, it is. Sure, people make mistakes, but you are still responsible for your errors.

If you plan to sell cels, you ought to devote more time to taking care of orders, to get them out within a reasonable amount of time.
