Re: CLARIFICATION ABOUT CELMART (Thu May 18 17:10:56 2000 )

I have had some very upset emails from two dealers because
of my questions about this particular cel, and about
CelMart. Instead of seeing these posts as the worries of a
newbie just receiving her most expensive, and most
anticipated, cel, they have viewed my comments as slander
against CelMart, and in one case have cancelled a cel order
already in process, and in both cases have asked me not to
order from them again. Obviously I want to clear this up!

I want to make it clear that I did NOT have any problems in
my dealings with CelMart! Mr. Tanaka has been the most
responsive, and friendliest, dealer I have yet dealt with
(and that is not brown nosing, but the honest truth!). My
cel and celbooks arrived quickly, and with notices when my
money order had been received, and when my cels were sent
out (by express mail, so I received them quickly). If anyone
were to question me on my dealings with CelMart, I would
assure them that CelMart does deserve the high "ranking" it
was given on the Internet Guide to Anime Cels, and that I
would definitely order from them again.

Also, I want to make clear that my questions were due to some inconsistencies I thought I found in the products I receieved, which were cleared up by those of you who responded to my posts. They were not meant to accuse
CelMart of selling inferior or fake products, but rather to
reassure myself that the large amount of money I had spent
was spent well.

If any of you feel that I was making slanderous accusations
against CelMart in my posts, and/or that my posts were rude
or harsh enough to get me cut off from two dealers, PLEASE
let me know!! I have seen others asking about dealers on
this forum, as I have before, and didn't think there was
anything wrong with it. Or maybe if someone thinks that I
made an error culturally, and what is acceptable in the
States (asking about a company before you do business with
them, or if you have questions about dealings already made)
is not acceptable in Japan, again - please let me know. I
do not want to be rude or culturally insensitive, and, to
be honest, I want to keep good relationships with all the
dealers I use, both here and in Japan.

Thanks very much,
Az
