There are some very basic rules of cel buying
1 If you have any questions, ask the seller before
you buy
2 If you are not sure, or don't know what you are
buying, don't buy the cel
It is a lot better and easier than waiting until after
you buy the cel to start pontificating or using the
word fake in regards to any dealer when you can't tell
the difference in the first place. Better when you are
new to educate yourself before you start. |
