Am I just clueless, or did I just waste a LOT of money?? (Wed May 17 19:30:26 2000

My first question is on cel books - are they usually hard or soft covered? And if soft covered, how do you make sure nothing gets bent?? Next - are the cel sequence numbers always in the upper right corner?? Could they be in the upper left? My concern is that I got a SM cel that has a number - and it doesn't look like there's any letter (well, the thing that looks like a 2 could be a Z, I suppose) - in the upper left. Also, when I FINALLY got the cel today, I noticed something wierd about it - but it could just be me. This may be particular to SM cels (or general to all cels), but aren't they pretty careful about getting things colored in and drawn realistically (well, as realistic as SM gets)? My cel has Eternal Sailor Moon in it, and it looks like parts of her wings are missing where they would appear behind an arm, or something - there are areas that should be colored white for her wings, but are left blank. These aren't in really obvious areas, where it could be the paint coming off, but in areas that, if you were rushed, you might forget that part of the wing should be showing. Any help, please???? I would hate to think I got screwed, especially since I got the books and cel from CelMart. If you check out the url above, you can see what I mean about the cel sequence number, and you can see the missing wing (so to speak) between her body and her bent left arm, and between her skirt, arm and Star Fighters hand on the right. Thanks! Az |
