I don't think your cel is a repro. Think about it, how
many repros would you make of a character with closed
eyes? Does this cel have registration holes? If they
got cut off, the sequencing info would be cut off too.
The number you see is probably a scene number. I've got
cels with numbers in that position for that reason. Also,
that scene took place somewhere in the last 4 episodes
of Sailor Stars. My tapes are already packed, though, so
I can't tell you which for sure. Galaxia had just blasted
Sailor Moon, and Starfighter leaps to catch her. I don't
think the wings are an error, either, as they only attach
where her bow is, and were blown back in this particular
scene. All in all, it's a nice cel, and I am pretty sure
you have an original.
