She's probably not a scammer. I'll bet she's just an irresponsible
juvenile who hasn't checked her mail recently. But in any case, I agree
that a little negative feedback is called for. Also it might be a good
idea to point out a couple eBay rules that every buyer should be following.

1. Be careful purchasing from folks with low feedback. I noticed that sailorlori
only had a rating of (5) at the time of your purchase. And only 2 of them came from
selling. That would make me a bit nervous.

2. Avoid people using hotmail accounts. I much prefer to deal with folks
using email addresses assigned from their ISP's or places of work.

I would be reluctant to bid on any of your auctions because of the 2 rules
above. But if you had a nice Tenchi cel, I would throw all caution out the
window. ^_^ In fact, I made an eBay purchase awhile ago from a person that
had very low feed-back. But I'd seen a few of his posts here before, so I
figured he was a true cel collector and I could trust him.

Basically I try to stick with the reputable cel dealers, and avoid eBay.
But sometimes a must-have cel does pop up on eBay, and I wind up paying twice
what it's really worth for it. Several times I've held my head and cried out "I
can't believe I just did that!" I never have that feeling when buying from a
dealer.

 Good luck getting your cel.
