Usualy seller write in the auction how they want to be paid... I fully agree that the buyer has to read those instruction and comply to them before bidding. But that has nothing to do with dealing internationaly or not. Whatever extra fee the buyer has to pay because he is in another country is his own problem and the one of nobody else. Up to him to know if he want to pay those fee or not. Also you are mistaken when you say the seller as to explain anything in english : that's not the case. It's a japanese system. Auction are done in japanese. So buyers have to assume they will have to deal in japanese and not in another language. Once again, it's a problem that concern the buyer and not the seller. |
