The greater problem is buyers who back out of
the deal, ignore the terms and send payment very
late, or ignore payment terms completely and send
whatever form of payment suits them. These are
usually college students or minors buying the cels
and not caring either way. Or worse, adults who are just
irresponsible and lazy. |
