As someone who's tired of bidders who don't read the rules
on Ebay, I'd *like* to think that anyone bidding on the
things on Yahoo Japan has *contacted the seller* first,
before bidding, to make sure they will ship internationally.

And before a thread starts regarding how the Japanese "don't
like dealing with foreigners", keep in mind that being
unwilling to ship internationally isn't always a case of
disliking foreigners. . . International shipping has the
potential to be a serious pain in the butt and there is
much less to protect you if the deal turns sour. I'm sure
people who ship internationally on a regular basis could
speak volumes more than I can of the pains involved. . .
