Please don't brand me as the bad guy.  I was just replying
based on my research and observation and my experiance in 
business. I meant no one any harm. I'm sorry if I've offended you or 
anyone else. 
Anyone who is engagaing in any kind of monetary or merchandise
exchange with another person, weather it be as a hobby, with 
friends, or whatnot, is considered business. One doesn't have to
make a profit or pay taxes to be in business. Hey a church is a 
business too!
Regarding the language barrier, I have heard so many complaints
about people having communication problems that I made a suggestion.
Besides, I know a speaks Japanese but don't have a kana/kanji
capable email program and they still had peoblems... 
But, like I said, this is my observataion and if people want
to spend their money like this, go ahead. Once again, I'm sorry if 
I offended anyone.I know what the "sickness" of cel collecting can 
do to a person's wallet and what it's like to see a cel that I 
must have; boy do I know!  :) :) :)
