Hello, this is in answer to your question (^^).

EMS is sent from the Japanese post office (^^).

But within a Japanese post office, the place to send mail and the area
dealing with postal money orders, the postal bank, and other matters
regarding money are different.

The place to send mail is open 24 hours (only if it is a large post
office, and fortunately, close to my home there is a large one (^^))

Unfortunately, the area dealing with money matters is only open Mon-Fri,
9am to 4pm...

So, sending mail can be finished quickly.
But since the area dealing with monetary matters is always full of
waiting people, the matter takes a long time to complete... 
Sometimes it takes as long as an hour or more.

So, to deal with alot of postal orders is a little too much .. I really
am sorry...
