Well, having received cels from Pocket, and having read their information, I do know they send by EMS. From my understanding, this doesn't have to be done at the post office. Someone who has sent by EMS may feel free to correct me about this. I just read the information. Also, it seems to me this is not a business or a company, so learning English just so an individual can sell more efficiently seems to be asking alot... I know people get frustrated if they can't have something, but everyone sets rules they conduct dealings by, and if I don't like the rules, I don't buy from there. Resigning myself to that fact saves everyone alot of grief. |
