There are 2 types of cel dealers.
One type buys cels in bulk, and resells the ones the cels
they don't want. In other words, they are doing it because
they are cel collectors, and the only way to get first shot
at the nice cels is to buy in bulk, many times sight-unseen.
Their motive: Cels
The other type of dealer buys cels that look nice (that they
think they can sell at a higher price) in order to make
money.
Their motive: Money
Okay, so actually some dealers are a mixture of this. I find
the first type much more respectable. |
