I'm curious about cel collector's oppinions reagarding
certain actions by dealers. I noticed a seller I found on
e-bay has numerous cels for sale on his home page that were
recently for sale at anime taro. The new seller has a huge
markup on one of the cels I reconize. Is this a
common practice? I am not trying to start a negative
"flaming" session here, I just would like some
information.
