I suspect your local post office has decided to cut costs
on a service which is not commonly used, and they are using
the introduction of the new computers as an excuse
(rationalization) for their new policy.

I talked to the person in charge of the IPMO's at the main
office in Cincinnati a short time ago, and he said that
it is the discretion of each branch whether they will offer
the more "obscure" services.  He didn't even have a list of
which branches in the city carried them - I'd have to 
contact each one to check.  He said probably the main 
post office of a major city is the only sure-fire location 
to purchase them, and he didn't qualify "major", either.

He did suggest checking out the branch near the University
of Cincinnati, since there are lots of international
students there; I've since confirmed that they do carry
them.  This might be a clue for you as well, if you've got 
such a college in your area.

In summary - expect to drive farther. ^_^;
