That is terrible. I had no idea that it took six months to
get your money back on an IMPO and I have gotten a lot of
them! I read the fine print just now, it looks like you
can file at any time, but won't be paid back for six months
from the purchase date on the reciept. I am shocked, and
surprised, and feel a little dumb not to have seen it before.
I think it is one month on regular MOs.
What I would do would be to fax a copy of my reciept to
Mangaya, just to show that you bought the IMPO in good faith.
Since it is clearly lost in the mail (for now anyway, it
might turn up), maybe he would allow you to begin making payments
on the cel. When the six months is up, at least you will
have a good chunk of cash! Don't panic yet, it will work out.
