I see your point very well too, but after all 
thre's no damage for you if X states on his 
gallery that he has been a previous owner of the 
cel. After all, YOU are the one who now has the 
chance to see it, frame it, caress it and touch 
it to completely feel it is yours... And then 
just think about this poor seller who may have 
sell it under necessity for money -as I do- and 
only has a scan left to remember "it was mine 
once"...
