I know it's been hashed about before, but I
wanted to re-ask the question: What do people
think about "cel graveyards"? (Meaning, the pages
some collectors keep to display scans of cels
they've sold.)
I'm not interested in the reason for keeping a
page like that. (Some stated it helped them keep
track of the evolution of their collection, etc.)
I want to know what people think who *bought*
said cels. Does it bother you if a scan is still
displayed on another's site, despite that the
previous owner makes it obvious the cel is no
longer theirs? Why or why not?
Of course, this was spurred on by me finding a
"graveyard" page on a site, which still displays
scans of things I bought from said person. I'm
more sensative than most about displaying scans
of my cels online -- and, sadly, I've found I'm
only getting MORE sensative about it as time goes
on. But would it be considered rude to ask the
person to remove the scans? o_0 Because I really
want them taken down. . .
