There are a couple of ways to contact them. The 
normal celga e-mail, or you can go to your 
invoice and click on it. Once you've done that, 
there is an unique e-mail address for Hyla (not 
billingatcelga.com). Or you can call her. She is 
very nice, and it takes less than 5 minutes.

Before getting to frustrated, you can always call
