Is anyone having problems corresponding with 
Celga recently?  I won an auction almost a month 
ago and I asked them to take the remaining 
amount owed out of my deposit and refund me the 
rest, but I've received neither a refund nor a 
confirmation of any kind since the initial 
bill.  I've sent them several emails requesting 
any kind of response and they've been completely 
ignored.
