is simply that they are human, humans make
errors and things going missing what not ect.
There is probably not one single deputy out
there without a black mark on their record, (I
think this has been proven lately) and I know
the deputy I use has been put down by others in
the past, however I have had nothing but
positive experiences with them and therefore
continue to use them.
If you think about all the customers each of
these deputies have its only natural that SOME
problems (big and small ) will come up. It
happens. Customer Service is not easy and takes
a lot of work. I don;t know how many customers
each of these deputies have but I would bet it
is over 30 at least. Now they have to keep every
record straight, e-mail when items show up and
send invoices, pack up cel items and sleep. This
cannot be an easy task all the time.
I am in no way saying that this is an excuse,
because its not. All I want to point out is what
I said above, Every deputy will have problems
sooner or later, and that should be a fact by
now. I pray that I never run into any more
problems than I have had in the past with
certain deputies but you have to understand that
it is always a possibility.
In the past I had a deputy tell me that they
sent my cels (around $400 worth) and I had them.
I replied that I had never received. After 3
weeks, they replied they had found them.
Maybe, a simple suggestion, someone should
create a forum or area like the ebay Square
Trade to deal with problems that arise? That's
probably a shot in the dark but hey what the
heck! ^_^
Bottom Line: ALWAYS act professional with any
deputy service you are in contact with. They are
a business like anything else. I think some
people may be (myself included) quick to jump
the gun and think I might be getting ripped off
and some may reply with harsh comments that I am
sure most of these deputies do not welcome.
Just a thought. Sorry to go on and on and on and
I think you get the point. ^_^
