No need to tell me what other people think about
them as i already know it very well. But for me
what counts is my own experience, and in the 3-4
years that i have been using them i can say that i
don't have any complain.

As i already commented in other forum long ago i
have not used any other deputy service so i cannot
compare their customer services, but i'm happy
with celga. I use a personal gold account that
allows me to bid with my own ID, and this way i
also don't need to send any deposit in advance
before bidding. Whenever i win an auction i send
the payment and if i'm short i regularize the
account when the invoice arrives (it ussually
takes 2-3 days after i win an auction). Then
whenever i want a shipment i simply fill in a form
like in any other deputy service, but as i bid on
YJ regularly i prefer to not ask for shipments and
wait until the people at celga prepare a shipment
for me on their own when they have enough items.
The packaging is always very profesional and in
every cel shipment i receive at least one B4
plastic case and many freebies.

Besides that, i have talked (via e-mail of course)
with several people from celga, Keigo included,
and they have always treated me correctly and
profesionally.

Don't misunderstand me, with all this chat i don't
pretend to defend celga or anything. If there are
so many people unhappy with them it must be true
that there are problems, but i can say that i
didn't have a single problem that was not resolved
easily with one e-mail.

Oh, and please people don't start another flame
war with this, we have got too many of them lately.
