Try not to take it too personally. Dealers get *a 
lot* of orders and may not have the time to 
answer each individual notes that people leave. 
Some do, some don't. Also, don't expect dealers 
to answer questions about cel sequence numbers or 
stuck sketches when they freshly update. It's 
only common sense that they will leave it for 
last and get to their other orders first.
