In this particular case Im more interested in how 
to deal with a dealer about this.  If it's a 
friend all you have to do is talk to them about 
it.  Dealer's are much harder to talk to about 
it...BUT...they're collectors too, so surely they 
have to know how it goes.  No one wants to sell 
something they love with the off chance they're 
offer gets accepted.  I know it's sort of a catch 
22 9_9. On one hand you can say, "If the cel you 
want is a dreamcel, then why not sell your other 
cel to make an offer?" But, lets say the other 
cel or cels you would have to sell to get the 
dreamcel also mean a lot to you, and the ONLY way 
youd ever sell them in the first place IS for 
this particular cel or scene.  Ahhh, so 
confusing.  Like I said, my friends couldnt think 
of a good way to deal with it either, which is 
why I wanted the opinions from dealers or people 
who sell frequently.  What a mouthful, eh?  Time 
to go eat some nooooooooodles.
