Some cels in mandarake japan has certificate 
with it. not all, but some expensive cel, It says 
that if it turns out not authentic, I can have 
refund at any time. They are not studio who 
really release cels,  so they might get any fake 
cels purchased from their buyback center. It 
makes me relieve when I paid several 
hundred bucks on a plastic wiht some paint.
(But it has so much meaning to me)
