Hi,

I've come across a fake cel of Slam Dunk on YJ 
before. I didn't realize that was a fake. But 
after looking at the outlines of the cel where 
the black ink would run, there's the loophole.

I find the fake cel I am looking at, much more 
simple in drawing. Neater, in a way that has less 
fine lines, that's supposed to show the shadings 
and contours of the body.

Another thing is the color the cel has. Usually, 
more brighter or "out of tone". And when compared 
to the genuine cels, looks very different.

Features on the face also look out of 
proportion/funny for some fake cels. And some 
listed pricings are a give-away.

A tougher way, is to go through the screencaps of 
the shot. That's the precise way to tell.

That's all I've learnt after going through so 
many anime cels and spotting the fake one. 
Knowing, it looks funny but the seller did not 
mentioned it. That's really well... kinda an 
experience.
