Ok ...now... who here is using a "Japanese 
handle"...Miki-chan or some other "chan" or 
whatever name AND is NOT Japanese?

I live in Japan and I think it is so unsual for 
people to use those handles and not be the real 
thing..I guess you think it's cute or clever..

But what if Japanese used ..Mr. Anderson, and 
Stevie Wonder, Frank, or some other very obvious 
western name...like...er  Yann...(*smile*) on 
their "American cartoon forum", what would you 
think? Funny right?! or just plain stupid...? 
I dunno...
Not to mess with anyone's fun or anything... but 
it is extremely misleading to a real Japanese 
person to imagine all of the "other Japanese" 
here and suddenly find that everyone is just 
trying to plug in to the Japanese culture down to 
using catchy phrases like "Ja ne" Mata ne! Gomen 
nasai, and etc. What is up with that?! 

But who is really Japanese here. I get kinda 
confused some times. All of these Japanofiles!! 
It is very funny...but strange..
