I framed alot of cels about 4 years ago with the 
UV glass.  I have not noticed any signifigant 
fading and I feel they are so much more protected 
than my cel book stuff.  But yes if you take the 
plunge and frame them you will probably never be 
able to recover the framing cost, yes it is most 
times more than the cel ^_^
