the best methods for storing cels.  read it on
more than one reputable web sites, but the cost is
significant if you want to do it RIGHT.  I went to
Michael's and it costs $126.  I went to Deck the
Halls and it costs well over $130.  It depnds on
how much you love that cel and how valuable it is
in the market.  What I do for the time being is
store it in a Mylar-D bag with a tissue (or cel
paper) backing to prevent the "possibility" of
paint sticking.
