http://www.americanframe.com - if you wanted to
try framing yourself and need acid free archival
materials, these folks are GREAT. I can't
recommend them enough. All of the cels I have
framed using them look great and were really
cheap to do. The ones I have done have stayed
nice and fade-free (I keep them away from
radiators and windows).

All you need to do is plug-in your measurements
and they will make a package for you including
your UV protectant plexiglass, mattes, foamcore,
frame and hardware. If you use their acid-free
paper mounting tape, that works great. It's
semi-permanent and can be removed simply with a
little rubbing alcohol on a q-tip from the cel.
I have framed 6 cels so far and I am ready to
frame 2 more in the near future.  ^_^;;;

I should make a page on 'how to frame using
American Frame'. ^_^;; If anyone needs help,
drop me an email and I will explain how I framed
them.
