Oh gawd.  That's just so lousy.
 
It makes me feel like I did the other day on a 
road trip to the San Francisco area, when I heard 
a story about someone dumping a baby.  I 
understand there's a sense of desperation moving 
behind that kind of action but SOMEONE will 
always take care of a baby... or kittens.... (I 
had eight felines for a short time because we 
saved a pregnant mom from the humane society...)
