It is true, it did happen, and ebay did refund my 
auction listing fees yesterday.  But a lot of 
people list things on ebay because they need the 
money, and having a person say they will buy it 
and then cancel makes things difficult.  I was 
counting on that money and it made things harder 
because I didn't get it.
I didn't post the other person's name because he 
has e-mailed me and I am giving him more time.  
If he doesn't send my refund then yes, I plan to 
post his name too.
Oliver- you said my post pissed you off.  Guess 
what?  People that don't hold up their end of a 
bargain piss me off.  This Haney person never 
even tried to contact me to explain, ask for more 
time, or whatever.
If these people are out there screwing over other 
cel collectors, why shouldn't we expose them?  Do 
you think this is only ever a one time thing?  
What is wrong with trying to keep other people 
from getting screwed? Why do you think employers 
ask for references and ebay uses a feedback 
system?  Btw, I couldn't even leave negative 
feedback for the person because they aren't an 
active user anymore.
