actually, you're incorrect; libel is a FALSE
publication that damages a person's reputation,
whereas what she has posted is to be assumed to
be true. and while libel is written, slander is
spoken, and since you can't hear the person who
posted, this couldn't possibly be considered
slander.
so no, the posting of the previous information,
whether you agree with it's publicity or not, is
not against the law. it's the same as my
favorite chinese restaurant, which posts checks
that have bounced on it's bulletin board beside
the register, not covering the name or address of
the person who has written it; while i might not
agree with this practice, i see it's purpose and
possible usefulness, and most importantly, it's
legality.
