Does it seem like there are more flakey people 
around than there used to be?  The person above 
did a buy it now on my auction 3 weeks ago and is 
now no longer registered.  I bought a cel from 
someone here in the U.S. in January and never 
recieved it so I've asked for a refund- This kind 
of thing irritates me enough to do whatever I can 
to go after these folks, but I'm just wondering 
if anyone else has noticed this?
I always felt like the cel community was 
fantastic about trading and selling cels- people 
were prompt and if something came up they would 
let you know and you could work something out.  
What's this world coming to?  :)
